1. Return & Replacement: Before returning or replacing an item, please read through our return and replacement related Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on this page, to make sure your purchased item is eligible for return.

What is the procedure to return a product?

You have 7 calendar days after item delivery, to notify us that you want to return your product. If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling our Customer Service at 16272 or 09666700666

Simply follow the 6 steps stated below:

Step 1: Check if your product meets all the conditions for returning a product.

Step 2: Contact Symphony’s Customer Service to submit a complaint / request for return.

Step 3: Fill in the return form given with the invoice.

Step 4: Choose your preferred method of product return when you call Customer Service.

Step 5: Your returned product will go through a Quality Check.

Step 6: If validated, you will get product Return / Replacement.


★  You must show the original Customer Copy of the Invoice to authenticate your purchase, at the time of handing over the product.

Symphony has the easiest 7 Days Easy Return Policy.

How much time do you have to return a product?

Items sold on can be returned within a period of 7 calendar days from the delivery date, provided they are eligible for return. For example: If you receive your product on the 5th of any month, you have time until the 11th of that month to contact Symphony’s Customer Service center. Customer Service agents are available from 10:00 am – 07:00 pm, 7 days a week (except on national holidays e.g Eid).


★ You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your purchased product, to call or 16272, 09666700666 to initiate your return. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns past 7 days of your product delivery, or if you do not have the original copy of the Customer Copy Invoice. If the nature of your complaint refers to damages.

1.2 Conditions for Returns

The Product was purchased in the last 7 Working days.

The Product is in its original packaging (intact) and no seal is broken (unopened).

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s/original box.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to not accept and send it back to you.

1.3 Replacement

Replacement guarantee may not apply in any of these following conditions: 

Damages due to misuse of the product.

Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

Any consumable item which has been used or installed.

Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.

Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product delivered.

2. Cancellation & Refund:

Delivery of the ordered items are subject to availability of the products at our warehouse authority may cancel any order within 10 working days if the stock of the ordered item is temporarily unavailable.

If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product, the order may remain in processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.

In the case of first clause, if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund within 21 working days.

After confirming any order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer against that order, will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
